(2) Caused by iron parts in the feeding area. Iron parts need to be removed, and metal inspection or magnetic separator devices should be used in areas where such failures occur frequently.
(3) The material is squeezed between the conveyor belt and the belt roller, causing damage to the conveyor belt. A scraper should be installed on the return side of the tail roller; Install a cleaning scraper under the roller at the discharge port and above the return conveyor.
(4) The conveyor belt is impacted by large blocks of material. The feeding device should be improved to reduce impact, and buffer rollers can also be used.
10. If the expansion roller of the lower cover rubber is filled with too much oil, or if there is oil or grease stuck from other parts of the machine body, it should be well maintained, the amount of lubricating oil used should be reduced, and the oil seal should be kept intact.
